UK SHIPPING
The shipping costs depend on the product type as well as the size of your product. Please allow additional time on top of the standard delivery service. This is to ensure all handling and packaging is made to the highest standard to mitigate any issues with your product in transit.

Commission based work
When you enquire for any commissions Mike Davies Art will provide the costumer with an estimated time frame taking into consideration the time it will take to produce the item and any relevant drying time for particular mediums used. PLEASE NOTE - shipping costs may alter from the standard rate dependant on size.
Damages in transit
Please report any obvious transport damage directly to the courier and contact us as soon as possible so that we can assert our claims against the courier or with the transport insurance. However, it does not in any way affect your legal rights as a consumer if you do not report the damage immediately.
When will my order arrive?
You will see the expected despatch date for your order on the checkout page. If your order contains multiple items, the item with the longest lead-time will determine this despatch date. Please note that the 'ships within' period refers to the number of days before we expect your order to leave our UK warehouse.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at any time before it's despatched. Simply send an email to mike_davies_art@outlook.com with 'Order cancellation' and your order number in the subject line and we'll cancel it straight away.
